Elixir 13 is a leave-on hair & scalp treatment for fine and thinning hair. Enriched with ingredients that help strengthen and style men's hair. It protects & repairs the hair follicle and stimulates follicle cell metabolism.
HOW TO USE: Apply evenly to damp or towel dried hair, concentrating on the roots and scalp. Do not rinse. Dry and style as usual.
