🚚 PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within:

1–3 business days

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new product drops), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

We do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not mark up shipping prices — you pay the exact carrier rate shown at checkout.

🛍 IN-STORE PICKUP (OPTIONAL)

Pickup is available at:

Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours.

You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup.

🧾 ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships:

You’ll receive a tracking link

You can check real-time delivery updates

Tracking may take 24 hours to activate after shipment

If your tracking link doesn’t update after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist.

📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is handed to the carrier, The Shave Shack is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

However, we WILL help you file a claim with the carrier.

If your order shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

Check with neighbors

Verify your shipping address

Allow 48 hours for late delivery

Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If it is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will assist in a resolution.

❗ INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is sent to the wrong address due to customer error:

A reshipment fee may apply

The original shipping cost is non-refundable

Contact us immediately if you realize an error — we may be able to update the address before it ships.

🔁 RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

The product was defective

You received the wrong item

We made an error

🧴 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to:

P.O. Boxes (for some products)

International addresses (at this time)

Some grooming products containing aerosols may ship via ground only.
