🧴 RETURNS & REFUNDS – RETAIL PRODUCTS
✔ Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges for unused, unopened, and undamaged retail products within:
7 days from the date of purchase (in-store or online).
Products must be:
In original packaging
Unopened
Unused
In sellable condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase
✔ Non-returnable items
For safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:
Used grooming products
Opened skincare or beard care products
Hair tools that show signs of use
Consumables such as oils, balms, creams, sprays
Clearance or final-sale items

If you would like to exchange a product:
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days
The item must be unused and unopened
You may exchange for another product of equal value
Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
Credit/Debit card: 3–7 business days
Cash purchases: in-store refund only
Online orders: refunded back to card or payment method used
✔ Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours
Include photos of the packaging and product
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you

💈 BARBERSHOP SERVICE REFUND POLICY
Our barbers take pride in providing quality cuts, grooming, and customer service.
Because services involve time and labor:
❌ We do not offer cash refunds on completed services.
However, we DO guarantee your satisfaction.
✔ If you are dissatisfied with your haircut or service:
You may return within 48 hours and we will:
Fix or adjust your haircut at no additional charge
Offer a complimentary cleanup if appropriate
We cannot offer refunds once a service has been completed, but we will always work to correct any issues.
📦 ONLINE ORDER RETURNS (Shipping)
For online returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Returned items must pass inspection before a refund is issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🕒 PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued
