Do I need to book an appointment for a haircut?
No appointments needed—we are built for men who value their time. We run a highly efficient walk-in system. You can use the "Reserve your spot" button on our website to jump on the live waitlist before you even arrive at the shop.

We are proudly located at 305 Tiny Town Rd, Suite C, Clarksville, TN 37042 (near Fort Campbell).

Shipping, Orders & Pickup
How fast will my order ship?
We move fast. All online orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout, delivery takes between 1 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link the moment your package leaves our hands.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. If you are local to Clarksville, choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fees. Your order will typically be ready within 24 hours at our 305 Tiny Town Rd or Sango location. We’ll text or email you when it’s ready to grab.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $[Insert Threshold Here]. For orders under that amount, you pay the exact carrier rate calculated at checkout—no hidden markups.

Are these the exact products you use in the barbershop?
Yes. We don't sell anything we wouldn't use on our own clients. From L3VEL3 styling pastes to 18.21 Man Made colognes, every product in our store is barber-tested and approved for premium performance.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin or kids?
Many of our products are formulated with natural, soothing ingredients like Chamomile, Aloe Vera, and Witch Hazel to prevent irritation. Our GIBS Man Wash BHB is completely sulfate-free and safe for kids. If you have specific allergies, check the ingredient lists on the product pages or ask one of our barbers.
Returns & Guarantees
What is your return policy for grooming products?
We back our products 100%. If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Just email support@shaveshacktn.com to get started.
What if I am not satisfied with my haircut or barbershop service?
We take pride in our craft. While we do not offer cash refunds on completed services, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your cut isn't exactly what you wanted, come back within 48 hours and we will fix or adjust it completely on the house.
