Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
To qualify for store credit:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
You must include your order number or proof of purchase.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card that never expires.
Final-Sale & Hygiene Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, used or opened grooming products cannot be returned.
All promotional, clearance, and limited-edition items are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@shaveshacktn.com
with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
How to Start a Return

Once received and verified, you’ll be issued your store credit.
